To practice delegating roles and responsibilities within problem solving and creative activities.
To take risks and stretch their comfort zones during trading and communication activities.
To practice creative problem-solving skills within an activity that has an infinite number of solutions (if you can stretch your imagination).
To practice negotiating skills within a business context.
To trade commodities in a live business activity using virtual currency.
To design and build products within a strict time frame.
To work under pressure to break codes and develop an eye for detail.
To develop skills needed in the modern workplace such as reliability, analytical skills, communication, and self-motivation.
To manage money and resources in a profit-making activity.
To experience activities that could form part of the recruitment process during an assessment day.
To learn essential financial capability skills that will help students in life beyond sixth form.
To leave the session having developed new skills and cultivated new friendships.
